DIRECTIONS FOR THE PRE-LAUNCH UPDATES:

  1. Open the website in two internet windows. In one, open the site up to the Contacts tab and select Lists and Segments then Form Submitters. You can filter and sort them by just your update form. In the second window, open the site to the Pages area then look for the Drop Down folder that says “CA Construction Pages”.

  2. Locate the first form submission that you want to work on and click into the form.

  3. Toggle over to the other website window and find that Coach’s Ready Yellow Page in the folder and open it to edit it. NOTE: If they did not update their bio and image, you will need to copy that from their current listing (see step 5)

  4. Toggle back and forth between the form and the yellow page, copy and pasting all of the information into he yellow page.

  5. Save the changes on the yellow page and then go to the drop down folder that says CA Pages and open up the AACE Canada blog page (look for the fountain pen)

  6. Use the search bar to find the coach that you are working on and open their page up to Edit mode.

  7. Delete all of the blocks. This will leave just an empty text block.

  8. Click the “+” sign under the text block to add a new block and choose the Code Block

  9. Delete the placeholder code and replace with the following code then save:

    <div data-wm-plugin="load" data-target="PUT URL SLUG HERE"></div>

  10. Carefully put your mouse curser right before the P and erase the PUT URL SLUG HERE portion of the code. Replace it with a slash and the person’s first and last name separated by a dash. Example: /wayne-davis

  11. Delete the empty text block above the code block and save the page changes.

  12. Double check to make sure that the thumbnail image shown next to the blog is the same image that you’re using on the yellow page. If they sent an updated headshot, you will have to click the three dots next to their blog post and change the picture.

PHASE ONE:

  1. Go to the AACE CANADA blog page (look for the icon that looks like a fountain pen)

  2. Click the “+” sign to add a new post/page

  3. Use the person’s name as the title

  4. Click to add a new block and choose the Code Block

  5. Delete the placeholder code and replace with the following code then save:

  6. Save then hit “Pubish”. Then, after you have saved, click the three dots to the right of this post/page to open the page settings and add the person’s profile image as the thumbnail/featured photo

PHASE TWO:

  1. Go to your YELLOW TEMPLATE page and click the settings cog wheel next to it to open page settings.

  2. Select “Duplicate” to make a copy of this page and title the new page with the person’s first and last name

  3. Click the setttings cog wheel next to the new page to open page settings and click to change the URL slug for this page

  4. The new URL slug should be the person’s first and last name separated with a dash. Example: /first-last

  5. Save changes then open the page to begin editing the page

  6. Add the person’s photo and all of their profile information then save your changes.

  7. You can find their info in the Contacts tab by selecting “Lists and Segments” then clicking on Form Submitters. Anyone that has submitted a form will appear in this area so you can just look for their name, click on it and all of the forms will be there on the right. By clicking on a form, you can open it up and copy/paste the info.

  8. Drag the new yellow page into the drop down folder for your branch so that the Not Linked Pages area doesn’t get too cluttered

PHASE THREE:

  1. Go back to the AACE CANADA blog page (with the fountain pen icon) and click to open the post/page to edit

  2. Click on the code block, find the portion of the code that says PUT URL SLUG here and carefully delete that portion. Replace it with the URL slug for the yellow page (which should be a slash followed by their first name, a dash and then their last name. Example: /first-last)

  3. Delete the text block directly above the code block.

  4. Publish the post/page

  5. Click the three dots to open page settings for this page and go to Options then Categories and begin adding all of the appropriate categories for this member

  6. Save changes
