Frances Ewington is a voice and movement specialist with over 25 years of teaching experience. She began teaching Speech Arts and Drama at MRU Conservatory in 1997 and holds Associate and Licentiate diplomas in Speech Arts from Mount Royal University. She’s trained in Linklater, Rodenburg, Alexander Technique, Authentic Movement, and Koltai Embodied Practice. A soprano, Frances sang five seasons with the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra Chorus. She is a graduate of Company of Rogues Actors’ Studio and is a member of ARMTA Calgary. Frances believes in using the body as the instrument to unlock authentic voice and artistic expression.
