For over 40 years, my career as an actor, theatre and opera director, writer and librettist has continued to intersect and inform my work as an educator. Creativity thrives when students are given the space to play, inquire, fail, explore, and take courageous ownership of their voice. My goal is to equip those I am teaching or coaching with the tools and confidence to bring their whole selves into their work and into the world. I have been a teacher and guest artist at Universities and Conservatories across Canada. I'm presently on faculty at Sharjah Performing Arts Academy in the UAE.
