Pat has worked as an Acting Tutor, Director, Academic and Course Director since the 1990’s in the UK and Europe. Combining her work as an Integrative Counsellor, Personal Development and Well-Being Coach, and a Mental Health Advocate in HE/drama schools. During her time in higher education, Pat became a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA) and earned a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning & Teaching in Higher Education (Performing Arts). As a research fellow, she focused on embedding personal development and well-being into the actor’s curriculum and accessibility in actor training. Pat has designed and led Foundation Acting Courses across the UK, helping to nurture young artists at the start of their careers. Pat is the Co-Founder of AACE UK branch and Head of Community.
