I’ve been an actor for nearly 25 years, and have worked additionally as a director and teacher for the last 12 years. As well as teaching and directing in various drama schools, I’m Associate Director for experimental theatre company The Factory, an Education Practitioner and Storyteller at Shakespeare’s Globe and an Associate Learning Practitioner at The Royal Shakespeare Company. I’m especially interested in unlocking classical texts for young people, and in tapping into the role of joy, play and mischief in helping actors to be present, responsive and free on stage.
