I am a personal development coach, accredited directly by The International Federation of Coaches. I work primarily with people in the creative industries. I also coach students in Higher Education. Coaching provides the platform to be heard, to reflect, to reframe, to plan, to be accountable, and ultimately to move forward. I continue to teach acting, because that is a passion. I also write and am currently mid - way through my third book which is aimed at those working with actors in an educational setting. It is a compilation of thoughts, games and exercises to promote wellbeing.
