Tokyo-based Hungarian acting coach with over 20 years of experience. I’ve studied and applied various acting techniques including Chekhov, Lecoq, Meisner, Stanislavski, Grotowski, Anne Bogart and others. My PhD focused on acting methods emphasizing presence and silence. In Japan, I have worked with Oriza Hirata, Toshiki Okada, and Min Tanaka, Mari Osanai, and appeared in TV dramas, commercials, and on stage. Alongside teaching, I work as an actor, director, and theatre researcher. I believe an actor’s essential tools are the basics: how to stand, sit, move, and truly be on stage and in front of the camera.
